Rebel Wilson’s partner, Ramona Agruma, says her priorities have changed since the pair welcomed their daughter, Royce.
“You start thinking about someone else instead of yourself,” Agruma said on Wednesday’s episode of “The Morning Show.” “Priorities change, when you think like, ‘Oh I wish I would go have a massage or something’. Like no, I just want to spend time with her and be at home.”
And the Lemon Ve Limon founder isn’t just adjusting to being a new mom. Agruma also shared that things have changed now that her life is in the spotlight because of her relationship with the “Pitch Perfect” actress.
“It was shocking at the beginning and hard because I’m not used to so much attention,” she said, adding, “I’m more private, more homebody.”
Agruma, 42, noted that being in a public relationship was “scary” at first but that she’s getting used to the attention.
“So, it was a little bit scary in the beginning, but we still try to keep our lives private. Obviously, you can’t always escape the paparazzi,” she said.
And being photographed is just part of the deal, she explained, adding that she’s sometimes snapped by shutterbugs when she’s “looking horrible” while running errands or going hiking.
“I guess I’m just not paying attention to that anymore,” she said.
Wilson, 42, and Agruma took their love public in June when the Aussie actress came out as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
“I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess 💗🌈💗#loveislove,” Wilson wrote on Instagram at the time.
The duo then put their love on display, documenting their romantic adventures together on social media.
The pair then welcomed their daughter, Royce Lillian, via surrogate after just seven months of dating in November.
“Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate 💗 I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle!” Wilson wrote on Instagram at the time.
She also thanked her surrogate for carrying her child for her, writing, “Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift. The BEST gift!!
“I am ready to give little Roycie all the love imaginable. I am learning quickly…much respect to all the Mums out there! Proud to be in your club. 💗💗💗.”
The “Senior Year” star previously dated heir to Anheuser-Busch, Jacob Busch, but they broke up in February 2021.
