‘It really pisses me off’

It looks like Taylor Swift has some bad blood with Ticketmaster.

The pop icon, 32, took to Instagram Stories on Friday morning after the company canceled its general public ticket sale for the songstress’ upcoming Eras Tour.

On Thursday, Ticketmaster shockingly announced that they had to nix the upcoming sale due to “extraordinarily high demands on ticketing systems and insufficient remaining ticket inventory to meet that demand.”

The news devastated millions of Swift’s hardcore fans, with the “All Too Well” crooner now saying it “really pisses me off” that those who did secure pre-sale tickets “feel that they had to go through several bear attacks to get them.”

According to Ticketmaster, which crashed several times, it suffered a “historically unprecedented demand”of fans to see the "Anti-hero" singer.

“Well. It goes without saying that I’m extremely protective of my fans,” Swift stated in a lengthy statement she shared in her Stories. “It’s really difficult to trust an outside entity with these relationships and loyalties and excruciating for me to just watch mistakes happen with no recourse.”

“There are a multitude of reasons why people had a hard time getting tickets and I’m trying to figure out how this situation can be improved moving forward,” the Grammy winner continued.

Appearing to take a swipe at Ticketmaster, she added: “I’m not going to make excuses for anyone because we asked them, multiple times, if they could handle this kind of demand and they assured us they could. It’s truly amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets, but it really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them.”

The crooner concluded by addressing the millions of fans who missed out on securing a ticket — either via pre-sale or the general public sale which was cancelled by Ticketmaster — by saying she “hopes to provide more opportunities for us all to get together” in the future.

Ticketmaster’s cancellation of the general sale tickets came on Thursday after the site reportedly experienced a “historic high” verified fan pre-sale event on Tuesday.

The mega ticket company is facing scrutiny after Swifties were met with website outages and hours-long waits while trying to purchase the pre-sale tickets. Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti vowed to investigate Ticketmaster after his office was flooded with messages from irate concert hopefuls.

Several Swifties reportedly saw tickets that cost up to $22,000 on the ticket reseller site StubHub.

Eras, in support of her new album “Midnights,” will be Swift’s first tour in four years. The show is described as “a journey through all of [Swift’s] musical eras.”

The singer is scheduled to kick off the US leg of her tour in Arizona in March and wrap up in August in Los Angeles.
