South Carolina Senate PASSES LAW TO BAN ALL ABORTIONS, Declaring unborn babies as people
Well, I’ll say. Since the passing of the extreme New York abortion law, it has since served as a force multiplier for other states to take swift and decisive action in an immediate response. Of those states were Virginia, where a pro-abortion bill was foiled, Iowa, where Gov. Kim Reynolds signed the ‘Heartbeat’ bill and South Carolina, which just passed a law banning all abortion in the state.
Folks, abortion is murder. Sorry if you think otherwise, because I’ll pray for you. It’s not about a woman’s body. Once the baby is born, the woman has no decision or control over that baby. Why? The umbilical cord has already been clipped. It is now a living, breathing person. To say otherwise is inhumane and to kill the baby after is infanticide.
Why do we celebrate it? I guarantee you that no abortion advocates other than abortion doctors who perform abortions, have ever seen a live abortion be performed. Look it up and decide whether you’re human after watching it. And while you’re at it, please desensitize yourself to reality and try not to get triggered by browsing shock sites. Maybe then you’ll get an idea of how shitty the world we live in really is (no matter who is in power.)
The measure amended a bill to ban brutal dismemberment abortions that tear unborn babies limb from limb while their hearts are beating, The State reports. The newly amended bill would ban all abortions, except in cases of rape, incest or threats to the mother’s life, according to the report.
State Senators voted 28-10 to approve the measure. It needs a second vote of approval before it can move to the state House for consideration.
Lawmakers said they expect abortion activists to challenge the bill if it becomes law, and they hope it will successfully challenge Roe v. Wade.
“It’s designed to give the court an opportunity to revisit Roe v. Wade,” state Senate Majority Leader Shane Massey told the newspaper.
