Republicans have Flipped Another State Senate Seat Red, in KY Coal Country
You folks just don’t get it. These small elections are more important than some of the big ones. And while a seasoned general will tell you that you can lose some battles and still win the war, this is politics. We need as many Republicans as we can get going into 2020 and we need a red wave much bigger than the one that won us the Senate in 2018.
Because we desperately need to take back the house. If we don’t, Democrats will install a left-wing dictator as President come 2024. Right now, that is hardly their response to win older Democrats but it is however the direct answet to winning these young communists.
Congratulations once again to Jason Rarick (MN-SD11), Genarro Bizzarro (CT-SD06), Joe Zullo (CT-HD99) and now Phillip Wheeler (KY-SD31).

LEX18 Reported that the Appalachian News-Express has declared that Republican Phillip Wheeler has won the state senate seat vacated by Democrat Ray S. Jones.
Jones successfully ran for Pike County Judge-Executive. Republican Phillip Wheeler defeated Democrat Darrell Pugh in a special election.
The 31st district includes Martin, Lawrence, Pike, Morgan and Elliott counties.
“I am humbled to have the support of the voters of the 31st Senate District,” Wheeler said. “I would like to thank Darrell Pugh for waging a hard-fought campaign. I am looking forward to fighting for the citizens of Eastern Kentucky and standing up for our values in Frankfort.”
