ISIS Bride Hoda Muthana SUES Trump Administration for ‘Not letting her back in’
And she has the gall to tell the President to ‘study the legal system’ Oh? You want to break the law though by joining a terrorist organization and expect to be given special treatment the likes of which no immigrant has to go through on the path to citizenship?
Here’s an idea we found: “How about if you’re serious enough in your regret of joining ISIS that you go to a country like the UK where they let Muslims beat up Christians on the streets without nearby police doing a damn thing?”
You forfeited your rights upon joining ISIS DURING THE ONGOING WAR ON TERROR, SO that makes you a terrorist and a national security threat. Get over yourself.

“On Sunday, Hoda Muthana appeared on CBS’ “Face The Nation” where she told President Trump that he should “study the legal system.”
Her comments come on the heels of President Trump’s decision to not allow the ISIS bride back into the United States.”
“The ISIS bride’s family has filed suit against the Trump admin, according to USA Today Who reported that the father of a woman who traveled from her home in Alabama to marry an Islamic State fighter filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump’s administration as part of an effort to get her and his 18-month-old grandson returned to the United States.
Lawyers acting for Ahmed Ali Muthana, a former diplomat at the United Nations for Yemen who is a naturalized U.S. citizen and lives in Alabama, argue in the lawsuit filed in federal court in Washington D.C., late Thursday that remarks by Trump and other senior White House officials claiming that Hoda Muthana, 24, is no longer a U.S. citizen – thus barring her and her son from re-entering the USA – are unconstitutional.
Trump, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Attorney General William Barr are named as defendants in the case. Trump said Wednesday that he had instructed Pompeo to deny Muthana re-entry. Pompeo said she was not a U.S. citizen and has no “legal basis” to be brought back to American soil from the Kurdish-run refugee camp in northern Syria where she is being held with her young son, named in the suit as John Doe Muthana.”
Watch the video:
“I have instructed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and he fully agrees, not to allow Hoda Muthana back into the Country!” Trump tweeted.
The missive came after Pompeo confirmed Wednesday that Muthana is “not a U.S. citizen and will not be admitted into the United States.”
Muthana, who grew up in Alabama and joined ISIS in Syria in 2014, is now pleading to be let back into the US.
Her lawyer contends she is a citizen born in New Jersey in 1994. Her father was a Yemeni diplomat to the US, and while most babies born on US soil are granted citizenship, the children of diplomats are an exception.
